So. Lounge here off the hall is a fair size, I think. Some Muggle renovation but they've done a good job making it seem bigger than it is. Open through to the kitchen, although I was thinking as you probably don't use kitchens there might be something else you could do with the space. Bath through to the back.

There's a little courtyard sort of thing out the back. Want to see it or go up to the bedrooms?

	Well, yes. But there are two bedrooms and a little third room, could definitely be good for the baby. You said there was a baby, Professor? Or you could perhaps transform it into a bathroom. Well there is this little room, you see. Could be a third bedroom, or a bath with some charms work.

Or... You could always rent the single upstairs as well. That'd give you have the house, three or four bedrooms, an extra bath. Two kitchens is a bit much, but you could always use it as a potions lab. You wanted some space for that ideally, didn't you. A little work and you'd never know it had been two separate places.
